1. Digital-Only Product
Yugality Consultancy Services Private Limited provides a purely digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Yugality does not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any physical goods. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY YUGALITY ARE DELIVERED DIGITALLY.
2. Digital Delivery
- Upon successful subscription and payment, access to the Yugality platform is activated immediately or within 2 hours, via the registered email address and user account portal.
- Access credentials and onboarding instructions are delivered to your registered email address.
- No physical delivery of any kind is required or will occur.
3. Access Issues at Delivery
If you do not receive access credentials or are unable to access the platform within 4 hours of confirmed payment, please contact support@yugality.com. Yugality will resolve access issues within 1 business day.
4. Why This Policy Exists
This Shipping Policy is maintained in compliance with the requirements of payment gateway providers and e-commerce regulations in India that mandate disclosure of delivery terms. As a digital SaaS company, Yugality's 'delivery' consists solely of digital access provisioning.
5. International Access
Where Yugality's platform is made available to users outside India, digital access is provisioned globally via the internet. No physical shipping or import/export of goods occurs.
