1. Subscription Plans
Yugality offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is as published on the Yugality pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
2. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically commence and payment will be charged unless you cancel before the trial expiry date.
3. Cancellation — Monthly Plans
- You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@yugality.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current monthly billing cycle.
4. Cancellation — Annual Plans
- Annual plan cancellations requested within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal are eligible for a full refund.
- Annual plan cancellations requested after 7 days but before 6 months of the annual term will receive a prorated refund for the unused complete months, less a 10% processing fee.
- No refund is available for annual plan cancellations after 6 months of the annual term. Access continues until the end of the annual term.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. To request a refund, contact support@yugality.com with your account email, subscription type, and reason for cancellation.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Use, Product Terms, or AUP are not eligible for any refund.
- Add-on features or one-time purchases are non-refundable unless defective.
- Accounts cancelled after the applicable refund window as set out above.
7. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you may export your data. After 30 days, all user data — including uploaded documents, query history, and AI outputs — is permanently deleted from Yugality's servers.
8. Downgrades and Plan Changes
Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current cycle.
9. GST and Taxes
Yugality's subscription fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST at the applicable rate will be added to all invoices. GST invoices are issued in compliance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
